You'll immediately be drawn to the 27'x 8' private balcony's sweeping views of the ocean, the beach, the fishing boats and the cruise ships. The adjacent living room and the master bedroom enjoy the same views. The master bedroom [king memory foam bed] has a private bathroom, with shower, and a walk-in closet, with safe. Next to the hall bathroom, the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a queen-size sleep sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, blender, coffeemaker, etc. The dining table seats 6. There is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. TVs in every room, high speed internet access, all linens and towels. The building has two elevators. The condo is located on quiet Ridgewood Avenue, approximately one mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier and 45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

Next to the beach, there is a 50' x 25' heated pool and a hot tub. There is also a spa. There are two tennis courts, a basketball court and covered free parking. The area offers a multitude of activities, ranging from golf, to river tours, airboat rides, deep sea fishing, schooner sails, gambling ships, the Kennedy Space Center, rocket and Space Shuttle launches, the National Wildlife refuge, shopping , dining, Old Town Cocoa Village, nightclubs and the Maxwell King Performance Center. The Orlando amusement parks, Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are within reasonable driving distance.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for relaxing on the beach one day and spending the next at Disneyworld. The only downside was the walk was a little farther to the beach than we expected based on the photos. There were restaurants and a great grocery store nearby. We had trouble getting the wi-fi to connect so the owner came by to help. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. There were beach chairs and toys available in the closet. One nice offering was the safe provided for valuables. The owner was friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Our vacay was relaxed and beachy. We would recommend this vacay unit as a great place to get away.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Walking distance from the condo, through the pool area, to the beach is approximately 300 feet.

Stayed the week of june 13th 2009. The internet doesn't do this place justice. The views are breath taking and the beach was 50 steps from your back door. The transaction with Michel was easy and was very good to deal with. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We will return next year.
