DIRECT OCEANFRONT PENTHOUSE - PANORAMIC VIEW

My husband and I just returned from a week at this condo. We had great weather and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the area. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a fun stay. The owner provided lots of extras and great tips. We already miss listening to the waves lapping up on the beach at night. The photos and info are just as promised. The balcony was a great place to watch all the action and to relax at night. The Cocoa Beach Airshow went on for 2 days on the weekend. The Thunderbirds flew right past the balcony. We sat on the beach and watched the whole airshow on Saturday. We went on an airboat ride, a pontoon ride on the Banana River Lagoon, and to the Kennedy Space Center. We came down for the shuttle launch, but it was delayed several times and we had to fly home. We still enjoyed the whole experience and met many NASA employees and members of the astronauts families who were staying in the same condo building. It was well worth the time and money!!

re. previous review,which describes the twin beds in the second bedroom as being child-size. The twin beds are in fact standard size [39"x75"], with memory foam mattresses.

Top floor condo has a gorgeous full ocean view. Near the port, so can see the cruise ships coming and going. Lifeguard post on the uncrowded beach. Owner managed. He sends directions, tips, and restaurant recommendations. Good sized master suite. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom are child-sized, our 6-footer used the sofa bed. 2 flat screen cable tvs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, toys, beach umbrella & chairs, dvd and video players. Loved the 27' balcony for meals and relaxing, has acess from both living room and master suite. While here, visit the space center museums and take an airboat ride at Lone Cabbage fish camp on hwy 520 for gator spotting. We would recommend to others and will use again if in the area.
