This Excellent Vacation Home is of the Excellent Superior category. The villa is situated close to Osceola Parkway which allows for easy access to the SR417 (Greeneway) and Florida's Turnpike too. The villa is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World theme parks and some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) close by too. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand. This villa offers free high-speed internet (wired and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada.
The villa has plenty extras to make your stay very enjoyable. It has been furnished to a very good standard. The floor plan is open which keeps it cool and airy. There is a well fitted kitchen with view onto the dining and living area. From the kitchen you have access to the garage where the washing machine and dryer are located. Iron and ironing board are present too.
The open kitchen includes a full size oven, counter-top microwave, large fridge-freezer, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils – pretty much everything you could want in your home away from home.
The breakfast area is right in the kitchen. The combined dining and family room lead through the sliding patio doors onto the covered lanai and the attractive swimming pool area, which is fenced in for your privacy. Pool deck chairs and sun loungers allow for late night, pool side relaxing. The pool can be heated on request, at an extra cost.
The family room houses an entertainment centre which has a large flat screen TV, a DVD and VCR player, as well as a music centre that allows for iPod playback too.
Next to the living room area you will find the bedrooms, one on the left, one on the right. The master bedroom with Queen bed is on the left, with en suite bathroom, a large walk-in closet and large size walk-in shower and toilet (separate from vanity area). This bedroom has cable TV and DVD player. The other bedroom has a Queen bed plus one Single bed. This bedroom too has cable TV, plus a music center for radio and CDs. En suite there is the second bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. This bathroom has a vanity, shower tub and toilet. Both bedrooms overlook the pool area and have ceiling fans.
As Excellent Vacation Homes is the local management company looking after this property 365 days a year, any technical or other issue is usually prevented before it even gets a chance to develop. But, our 24-hour cover service is always available should you require it during your stay. The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for those colder days.
