Spacious studio apartment with loft, full kitchen and bathroom. 3.5 miles from the Village serviced by free bus. Complex has grocery store, liquor store and community hot tub year round and a swimming pool in the summer.

Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this Pitkin Creek studio apartment has a spacious feel to it with the loft being able to separate the sleeping area from the living area. The loft is set up with a Queen mattress and a Queen futon. The living room has a dining room table for 4 and a pullout couch. There is also a full kitchen and breakfast bar. The unit accommodates 4 people providing a very inexpensive means of accommodation. Next to building 5 is the East Vail Market and Liquor Store and behind that is the hot tub and summer pool. The bus stops right outside and the Gore Creek Properties office is across the car park. This is an ideal location for those not wanting to rent a car!

Rating Details:
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
