A spacious home with access to a summer pool and its own private hot tub. Short walk to the free town bus service. Bighorn Park is right next door and the Gore Creek runs by the deck. 5.5 miles from Vail. Buy 3 nts/4th nt free thru ski season.

Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this is a fantastic gold rated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex with 1,800 square feet of living space and situated in the peaceful neighborhood of East Vail. It has a private hot tub with outstanding views of the East Vail Mountains and chutes! The home sits right beside the Gore Creek providing fly fishing from your deck! The home has a wood burning fireplace in the lounge, a full recently remodeled kitchen and dining area and can sleep up to 10 people. Wood will be provided in the winter. The complex is on the free shuttle route into Vail village and the bus stop is about a 200 yard walk. There is a single car garage and more extra parking in the complex car park. Come relax and spend your vacation in this great rental! This property does not allow pets and is NON SMOKING.

Rating Details:
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit was comfortable but needs major updating. The coffee pot does not have an automatic shut off which is a fire hazard. The hot tub did not work. There were not hairdryers in every bathroom. Extra towels could be offered. This was an overall opinion from all of us.
