Courtside 23 is a newly remodeled spacious townhome on the free bus route in East Vail. It can accommodate 8 people. It's located just 5 miles from Vail village. Buy 4 nts/5th nt free thru ski season.

Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this large 1750 square foot townhome is located in a quiet location in East Vail just 5 miles from Vail village. The townhome was remodeled last year and has a gold rating, very nearly a platinum. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a full kitchen and an open plan living room with a gas fireplace, and is nestled at the foot of the Gore Range with beautiful vistas of the mountains. The Vail Racquet Club is across the road as is Blu's Restaurant. The free shuttle stop for the bus which runs every 15 minutes into Vail is just a hundred yards away. There is free parking next to the townhome as well as a single car garage. You will truly enjoy staying in this property and getting away from the rat race back home.This property does not allow any pets.

Rating Details:
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Several beds need to be replaced. Bedding doesn't fit beds.

The owners need to provide some access to the Internet.
Owner's Response: Thanks for your review. I am glad to report that the owners have replaced the beds and installed free wifi through CenturyLink. The power of guest reviews!!! I am happy to report that all guests that have stayed here since the Fall have been delighted, it is a lovely house.
