Our very Special Home away from Home offers a restful setting on Lake Michigan, near the excitement of Traverse City, Casinos and Great Golf. Great Boating and fishing are nearby on the Bay, Torch and Elk Lakes. The interior features, and Great Room with fireplace, full kitchen with new appliances, laundry, 3 bedrooms and one bath. In the winter, great up-north skiing, snow-shoeing and snowmobiling is close at hand. We are approximately 50 mile/ one hour from Boyne Mt. Boyne Highland, Nubs Nob,& approximately 40 minutes to Schuss and Shanty Creek.

Large windows facing west and the deck make viewing the beautiful Lake Michigan Sunsets an evening must! The Deck features a Hot Tub, Gas Grill and Octagonal Picnic table, with porch swing and additional seating. Flowers and White Birch Trees surround the Home.

The Beach has a wonderful view of Leelanau Peninsula and the Point of Old Mission. This home is located approx. halfway between Traverse City and Charlevoix.

Amenities: Lake Michigan Beach, Sunset Views, Near Traverse City and Great Golf, Some New Appliances, full laundry, Huge Deck, Hot Tub, Large 26'screen TV with DVD/VCR.

Activities: swimming, boating, hiking, kayaking/canoeing, golf, biking, rollerblading, fishing, tennis in Elk Rapids. --in winter: downhill skiing(Nubs & the Boyne Mt. & Highlands within 1 hour, Schuss and Shanty 45 mins.) cc skiing and snowshoeing.
