I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

SLEEP NO.MATTRESS WAS FLAT ON ONE SIDE, WOULD NOT HOLD AIR.ENDED UP ON PLYWOOD UNDERNEATH.PILLOWS WERE VERY HARD.OVERHEAD FANS WERE EXTREMELY NOISY. HAD TO TURN THEM OFF AT NIGHT IN ORDER TO SLEEP.COULDN'T LOCK OR CLOSE SLIDER DUE TO BEING WARPED.WIND WHISTLED THROUGH CRACK ALL NIGHT.AIR CONDITIONER BANGED DURING OPERATION SO WE DID NOT USE. GENERAL MAITENANCE POOR.WALLS DIRTY. BEDDING AND TOWELS WRE THREADBARE.GROUNDS, POOL,AND BEACH WERE VERY NICE.WE NORMALLY ARE NOT COMPLAINERS AND WILL TAKE THE GOOD WITH THE BAD BUT THIS ROOM WAS A NIGHTMARE.FUTURE RENTERS BEWARE

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The price was right and the general location was great. The unit had no A/C which would have been OK but for the noise. We had to keep the windows open but the building staff were re-arranging funiture below us at 12:00 AM. The delivery trucks showed up at 6-6:30 AM with their reverse horns beeping. We got very little sleep. The unit was sold as a 1 bedroom but it is really a studio apartment. With different expectations it would be fine for the right couple. It is certainly not worth any more than we paid. Your sales-person, Jade, was very pleasant but you need to have a better command of the qualities of the units you are renting. Aloha!
