Kihei Kamaole Sands is located on a beautiful 15 acre property across from Kamaole Beach III. This beach is easily accessible from this condo complex, which means you are steps away to a beautiful beach! This condo has a "spacious" and "clean" feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped, and was recently updated with new granite countertops.The Hawaiian inspired furniture adds a nice touch of elegance to the remodeled condo! You will enjoy staying in this condo!

20% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 45 days before check-in. Holiday and peak season rates and required legths of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks, and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Tax number: W01214100-01.

We had a great family vacation here! The condo is fully stocked with anything you need or want. The staff from Maui Condo - fantastic. So helpful when we were booking. Then once we got there, I locked my family out of the condo when we arrived. URGH! I called Maui Condo and a kind man arrived in about 10 mins. He was so gracious and sweet. So thankful-imagine the stress! The condo is a bit worn, but it didn't effect our stay at all. The bedding on the bed-spectacular! The building is one of the best locations in K.S. Very quite. The lanai view is perfect. Morning coffee's there were the perfect start of the day. Kamaole Beach III - across the road. Ideal beach! Perfect sand, a little bit of waves and the best snorkeling! Definatly will return. Thanks Maui Condo!

Good overall experience with rental company. Unit could have been a little cleaner. Found crumbled chips on carpet, wiped tile floor and found it to be dirty, and stairs to loft were dusty. A few items in kitchen cabinets were dirty. But we worked around those things. After all we were in Maui! Love Kam Sands. Have stayed there 5 times, in different units. I would recommend this unit. Bldg 7 is one of the better buildings as far as location. The car worked out nicely. Saved us a little money. Management company was very helpful and always available.
