The unit is oceanfront and encompasses the epitome of the modern, luxurious beach-side getaway. As soon as you enter the foyer, the sliding doors and expansive balcony offer dynamic stunning views of the ocean, beach, and causeway.
The dining/living space is huge and houses ample seating for dining and lounging. In fact, the modern glass dining table expands for additional seating, and the stools at the breakfast bar double as dining chairs. The first bedroom has a king bed, a large closet and dresser, and stunning ocean views, along with an adjacent full bathroom (including tub). The master is across the unit and includes a king bed as well as a day bed, attached double sink bath with glass shower, two walk-in closets, stunning views of the beach and causeway, and balcony access. The living room and both bedrooms have cable TVs.
On the balcony, we have a high-top table, as well as a dining table, which are perfect for meals, lounging, and having drinks outside. We also added a cane loveseat, 2 chairs(with comfy cushions), and a coffee table(outdoor furniture).
If you do manage to leave the unit, you can experience the many available amenities, which include the hot tub, pool, grilling, cabanas, sauna, steam room, and state of the art gym (TVs on every machine!). There is also a common space downstairs with a theater, kitchen and lounge area where you can watch your favorite movies, play billiards, entertain, or even just grab a cup of coffee while you read the paper.
The concierge service is amazing, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, providing you with whatever you need. The Sandpearl next door has a beautiful spa, a beach-side café, and even a fire-pit and live entertainment. With the Sandpearl Resort and Spa next door, as well as the beach, dining, shopping, and nightlife just steps away, you won’t need to get into your car.

I am hardworking mother, with a family and a Internal Medical practice, and love going to the beach for mini vacations. There is nothing more relaxing than lazy dinners, sunsets, early morning walks on the beach, or reading the paper on our gorgeous balcony.

I initially purchased the condo because it was premier beach front property and we wanted an escape from our stressful every daily lives. The Sandpearl offers luxury on Clearwater Beach, which is what we were looking for. Units at the Sandpearl were so high in demand that they had a lottery system in place to sell units, and we were lucky enough to be one of the first to pick our unit. We chose 1003 because it offers the best views - both of the ocean, beach, gorgeous pool area, and the causeway, which is amazing at night. Clearwater Beach is one of the top beaches in the world, and we love that we can walk everywhere, from dining, nightlife and shopping, to parks and local activities. It is also a straight shot to Tampa, both TPA & St. Pete/Clearwater Airport, as well as I-275. When you want to take a break from the beach, it's easy to venture to the vast amount of museums, nightlife, restaurants, and theme parks the Bay Area offers. The Sandpearl offers luxury on Clearwater Beach, which is what we were looking for.
Everyday at the Sandpearl feels like vacation - the residence evokes a resort feeling, and there are even amenities such as room service available from the Sandpearl Resort next door. The pool area houses luxurious cabanas and breathtaking views of the ocean/beach - there is no better is place to watch the sunset. One of the best restaurants, Clearsky Cafe, has supreme quality and affordability, and is right downstairs. Also, you literally walk into the sand when you walk down to the beach. Everything is easily accessible; there is no better location. The best part about our unit is that it is luxurious and contemporary, with modern finishes, while it embraces beach culture.
This was a great place to vacation with my family, which included my husband, my son and his wife, and our two grandchildren. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the amazing view.The pool and the beautiful white sandy beach was awesome too. The accomadations were very nice. The development was top notch. We could easily walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. The restaurant next door, Clear Sky, was our favorite place to eat. The whole family enjoyed Pier 60. We would definitely come back.
We stayed here for two months and had a very relaxing time. The views of the gulf and the bridge to Clearwater are spectacular. The beds were comfortable. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping and Pier 60's events. Our favorite restaurants are The Palm Pavilion, Clear Sky and Bobby's Bistro. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The pool was heated. The staff was very helpful and the building is very secure. We are planning to return next year.
Tampa: Hyde Park (historic area with shopping, restaurants, nightlife). Busch Gardens is 45 Mins away. Downtown (Museums, University of Tampa, Tampa Theater, urban park, bars, restaurants), Disney and Universal (in Orlando) are 1.5 hrs away (day trip possible).
St. Pete: Dali Museum, St. Pete Beach, Rays (Tropicana Field), festivals, shows, restaurants, bar-hopping.

I ALSO have a 3 BEDROOM condo IN ST PETE/TIERRA VERDE, ON THE WATER, THAT I CAN RENT FOR LESS THAN 30 DAYS(VRBO #338865)
50% RENT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING WITH THE SIGNED LEASE. REST OF THE RENT, TAX, CLEANING FEE AND $1000 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL OR THE TENANT LOSES THE DEPOSIT AND THE RESERVATION. ALSO THE TENANT NEEDS TO SEND AN APPLICATION FORM TO SANDPEARL WITH A $100 APPLICATION FEE 60 DAYS BEFORE. IF CANCELLED 90 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, REFUND IS DEPOSIT MINUS $1000.
