Ocean Spray is a recently remodeled house on 837 S Waccamaw Drive in Garden City Beach,SC 29576 with 7 bedrooms, 5 up and 2 down and 7 bathrooms, 5 up and 2 down. It is 0.8 miles south of the Garden City pier. There are 2 oceanfront master bedrooms with king beds, private walkway to the beach, sundeck, 2 covered oceanfront porches with sunrise views, 1 covered porch with sunset views over the marsh, 2 outside showers (1 hot water& private), and an inside stairway. There is covered parking for 4 cars and open parking for at least 6 more cars.

New Bosch dishwasher November 2010.

2 new Trane central HVAC units 3-2011!

Amenities:: Private 11 x 24 foot pool, laundry room, DVD players, large 32 inch LCD HDTV in family room, Jacuzzi® tub in master bath upstairs, sitting room with wet bar and 2 day beds, wireless broadband internet network., TV in every room, Kitchenaid ice maker in remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, nearly new windows and exterior doors. Tinted windows on the south, east and west sides.

Optional pool heating up to 85-$300 + tax/week. March-October. Pool temp not guaranteed

Activities:: Swimming in your own private pool, fishing, surfing, beachcombing, golfing, outlet shopping, boating, para-sailing.

Just got back from the most relaxing week of my life at Ocean Spray. Between the views and weather the house is incredible. Very spacious and beautiful, would never even know that your in a house with twenty other people. Between the ocean views, sun rises, sunsets, and the design of the town and community Ocean Spray is a great place to get away. The whole community is more then friendly and helpful to anyone who asks. The owners were more then helpful and highly suggested areas around the house that we could have a great time, in that we did! Whether your looking for a relaxing weekend or a house to stay at for a week of a golfing adventure, I highly recommend and would stay at Ocean Spray again.

Wonderful home that accommodated our extended family with no problems. Owners very available to answer questions and take care of small problems that arose!! It was great to be right on the beach. The bedrooms were very comfy and the house was very clean and well maintained. The owners were very gracious to accommodate our vacation dates. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

My family just concluded a wonderful vacation in this house. We consisted of 11 adults and 7 children and had room to spare. The house is beautiful and is located in a great spot. We had 5 vehicles and still had plenty of room for parking and maneuvering. The heated pool was wonderful and allowed us to swim several days that we would not have been able to otherwise. My whole family is still talking about what a great house this was for our vacation!

The house was clean and well-maintained. We parked 4 cars under the house. We loved the new furniture in the family room. The 8 bedrooms accomodated our large party of 8 couples. The surf fishing was great. Michelle answered our questions. We plan to return year after year!

The listing was accurate. The house is cleaner and better maintained than every beach house my family has ever rented. The wide white beach is a few steps away. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative and plan to return next year for our 4th year here at Ocean Spray
