What a relaxing time!

Pictures do not even start to describe what I saw when I first walked in. AMAZING! Property was well maintained. It overlooks Burbank and the Universal Studios area, and the views were something to behold. Nice quiet area. Definitely big enough for what we wanted. Nice sized patio (we stayed in the Hollywood suite). The hot tub was the perfect touch. Location is nestled into a quiet residential neighborhood. Loved our stay! We will definitely be coming back!

Lived on the Patio...

Rental was very cute, clean, well appointed. Even has a solar tube light in the bathroom for some energy savings. Large, very private, PEACEFUL patio overlooking Universal Studios/City with a Softub jacuzzi and comfy lounge chairs. Practically lived on the patio during my stay since the weather was perfect! The host, Adriano, was very helpful and available if i needed anything. It was a little warm when i arrived, so he already had the air conditioner fired up for me! Only a couple minutes drive (steep) down the winding road and you're at the 101 fwy, Universal Studios, fast food, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. Neighborhood is excellent for morning hikes, too! I didn't want to leave....

My new LA Home Away from Home

Photos do not do this lovely rental justice. The views are nothing short of spectacular! Dennis & his wife are very kind & welcoming people. The hot tub in the Universal suite coupled with the views are perfection. I spent a week & seriously considered extending. Located in the Hollywood Hills, you won't find a safer or quieter location.
You're 5 minutes down the hill to all of the attractions. Yet, at night you're nestled up in the hot tub overlooking postcard like scenery. I give this rental 5 stars & hope to be back again soon! Thanks for everything Dennis! I'll email or load some of the pics I took! I will definitely be staying here from now on!!

So we're not from around Los Angeles or Hollywood, so we were trying to be careful where to stay for our vacation. We're so glad we found this place! Compared to every other location we visited, it seemed like we all looked forward to coming back to the house at the end of the day! It is just that beautiful. The owners have done a fabulous job in creating a wonderful peaceful environment. We are going to definitely stay here on our next visit!

Very impressive

We wanted to find somewhere that was not in the center of Hollywood but still close to all the activity. This was pretty much everything we were looking for. So relaxing (especially at night) we could go into town during the day and come back to a magnificent view and unwind.

Very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Hollywood that wants something different. Well worth the money!
