Great location on Alii Drive very close to town and Honl's beach. All new interior and there is a peek a boo view of the ocean from the lanai.

A hidden beauty near the village of Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. This second floor 2 bedroom condo has cathedral ceilings lots of light and even a bit of an ocean view from the lanai. Small quiet complex with lovely pool, Honl's Beach is very close by along with all the shops, restaurants and activities in the village.Registration ID: W-79905280-01

Rating Details:
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Property was very expensive compared to others where we have stayed. No beach towels or laundry soap provided. No air conditioning. Patio table too huge for size of lanai, making it awkward to sit there. Pool not in great shape; no hot tub. Property was clean and furniture was good. Ceiling fan LOUD buzz in bathroom. Porch light out.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Unit is very roomy, and quiet with much more privacy than staying in a hotel like condo. It doesn't have air conditioning, and it does get warm when closed up. So if you don't like heat then it may not be for you. It's very quiet and yet close to town
and main roads to everything without going through downtown traffic. The unit itself was very very nice.
