Great 3 bedroom townhouse in one of Konas most popular oceanfront communities. Huge swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, volleyball court and wonderful BBQ are available for families to congregate and enjoy some fun together.

This is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse close to Kahaluu Beach Park.Very private lanai. Remodeled kitchen with granite counters. Ceiling fans throughout. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The condo was ok, It was clean and had plenty of room. However, there is no lanai and there is a lot of road noise. We've stayed in much nicer places for less, overall it was ok.

We were three generations: grandparents, parents and two kids aged 5 and 4. The location was ideally suited for snorkeling, beach combing, swimming in the pool, delightful walks and magnificent drives. The condo was pleasantly cool, well equipped and comfortable. We would love to come again!

We had an amazing time at the KEAUHOU Kona Surf & Racquet Club Unit #24. With a grey sandy beach and tide pools where we watched sea turtles, Whales and Dolphina everyday. Spectacular sunsets. The townhouse is in excellent condition and was clean and comfortable for two couples. About 5 miles from downtown Kailua Kona, but close to a Shopping Mall with grocery store, drug store and restaurants. We would recommend unit #24 to our friends.

We had a family reunion on Oahu. There were 6 adults in our party.Previous to the reunion, we chose the Big Island to explore because of its diversity. The property was off the busy, busy part of Alii Street. There were stores close by and a beach within walking distance. We were able to drive or take a bus into the "tourist" parts of town for luau or shopping and dinner. We were able to cook at "home" if we wanted. Our condo was a good place to drive to other parts of the Island. We planned day trips to North Kohola, south Point, Volcano and Hilo. We also went off the beaten path tho hike Waipio Valley, Green Sand Beach. Saw coffee Mill and Painted Church on another day trip. Wasn't able to visit the observatory this trip.Having washer and dryer was helpful. Did have to use the folding chairs from the closet to sit 6 at table to eat. Lanai off the back was good to have.
