A Spanish Modern house designed by Nicholas Lawson in the 24/7 guard-gated private community of Indian Palms Country Club in Indio featuring private lifestyle club, golf, Jacuzzi, and pools. Appx. 1 mile from Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festival! Can accommodate up to 8 overnight guests.

The Space:

This home is special from the moment of walking through the door. Designer Nicholas Lawson toiled over the aesthetic of this home down to the minute details, all to give guests the best experience of style, comfort, and value. Located in one of the nicest pockets of Indian Palms Country Club. 24/7 private security and guard-gated entrance. Private lifestyle club accessible to guests includes: gym; saltwater pool; spa; pickle ball; bocce ball; tennis; fitness classes (yoga, tai chi, spin, aquatics, etc.). La Declaración features 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; 1 king-size bed; 2 queen-size beds; and 1 queen-size air mattress. Living room has sofa, smart TV (no Cable TV, guests use their own subscriptions), and 4-person dining table. Cook for all of your guests in well-appointed kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and finishes. Dining table seats 6. Venture outside to BBQ in the private back yard with outside dinning amenities or relax on a lounge chair next to the manicured landscape. Bedrooms are each themed a different style and are sure to please even the most discerning stylist. Don’t worry about closet space because we have a lot of it! If you need to work there is a large desk with comfortable seating. High-speed Wi-Fi with extenders throughout home. You must be 25 years of age or older in order to rent this property. Maximum of 12 daytime guests and 8 overnight guests. 4 car limit. No overnight parking on street. Fireplace is decorative only.
PETS/ SERVICE ANIMALS: Only house trained dogs are allowed (no cats or other animals). Applicable pet fees of $45/ per pet, per night are assessed, which may be adjusted based on the size of dog and length of stay. Animals are not allowed on bedding or furniture, and must be under the control of owner at all times. Note: post check out if animal waste is found on the property or animal hair is found on bedding/ furniture guests may be subject to an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of $100. Pictures of each animal must be forwarded for FINAL APPROVAL after booking.
AC thermostat range is 76-82 degrees. Heat range is 65-78 degrees. This is to ensure the HVAC system functions properly year-round.
No music allowed outside of home.

Lovely stay
Was very happy with this property. A couple of entry glitches which were sorted very quickly, communication was excellent and prompt. House like-new condition and very well stocked with amenities, location within 25 mins of everywhere we wanted to go, also a pleasant neighborhood for walking etc. Would definitely rent here again👍✌️❤️
