Other things to note:

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to rent this property. Maximum of 12 daytime guests and 8 overnight guests. 4 car limit. No overnight parking on street. Fireplace is decorative only.
PETS/ SERVICE ANIMALS: Only house trained dogs are allowed (no cats or other animals). Applicable pet fees of $45/ per pet, per night are assessed, which may be adjusted based on the size of dog and length of stay. Animals are not allowed on bedding or furniture, and must be under the control of owner at all times. Note: post check out if animal waste is found on the property or animal hair is found on bedding/ furniture guests may be subject to an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of $100. Pictures of each animal must be forwarded for FINAL APPROVAL after booking.
AC thermostat range is 76-82 degrees. Heat range is 65-78 degrees. This is to ensure the HVAC system functions properly year-round.
No music allowed outside of home.
Government issued picture ID of the booking guest is required.
