With an unusual layout that offers private accommodations for a large group, the Palm Vista is an ideal vacation home or primary residence for a large family. Florida-inspired style ensures it is at home in any coastal setting.
The main level is essentially one large open space encompassing the great room, dining area, and kitchen. The study, while still open to the other rooms, is tucked into an alcove to provide a modicum of privacy.
On the second level enjoy not one, but two master suites, each complete with a luxurious bathroom that include a separate shower and whirlpool tub. In addition, there are two more oversized secondary bedrooms which share access to a screen porch. A spacious rec room serves as a gathering space on this floor.
On the third level is a cozy built in seat and bar area with an outdoor balcony that's perfect for taking in sunrise or sunset views.
Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock amenities include a sensational oceanfront pool, lakeside pool with clubhouse and lounge, kids' game room, water park, hot tub, bar/grille, fitness center and more! Even better, all these amenities are less than a 5 minute walk from Palm Vista!
