There’s plenty of room for the whole family in this spacious two-story townhome at Tidelands on the Intracoastal! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and over 2000 sq. ft. of living space, this floor plan is the largest in the community.

Downstairs you’ll find a gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and big 42” cabinets, as well as an elegant dining room, cozy living area with big screen TV, powder room, laundry area, breakfast nook, screened-in patio and an attached garage!

On the second floor, you’ll find the master suite on one side, and two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the other side. In the middle of the floor is another little living area, so there’s certainly room for everybody!

Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or cold afternoon drink on your screened-in patio overlooking the lake. A community gazebo with outdoor grille is adjacent to your building. You’ll also enjoy access to the Tidelands Intracoastal Waterway pool complex with cabanas, the community clubhouse with lounges, fitness center, private walking trail, and tennis courts, all within a 5-minute walk of this condo!

Tidelands on the Intracoastal is a gorgeous private gated community of condominiums and homes located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Coast, Florida. This "Old Florida" neighborhood occupies nearly 132 acres of huge, old oaks, palmetto palms and other lush tropical vegetation.

Featuring nearly a mile of Intracoastal Waterway frontage, Tidelands on the Intracoastal is the perfect place to watch boats passing and spot dolphins at play. Eleven acres of interconnected lakes span the property. Tidelands is home to an incredibly scenic private walking trail which runs down the Intracoastal and throughout the community. It’s the perfect place for that morning jog or sunset stroll.

Tidelands on the Intracoastal amenities include an Intracoastal Waterway pool complex with luxurious cabanas, a magnificent clubhouse with grille, lounge with billiards, kids room, fitness center and lap pool, screened-in gazebo with outdoor grille, plus basketball and tennis courts with lights for nighttime play!

The community is less than one mile to shopping and restaurants at European Village, and just a five minute drive to the beach and local golf courses.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This was my first time renting through Cinnamon Beach Vacations and I will certainly return ! The staff of CBV are top notch, professional, eager to please, very accessable.

The townhouse my husband and I rented was spacious, very comfortable furniture, great TV's, quiet location, spotless.

Look forward to another vacation rental through Cinnamon Beach Vacations !
