A picture is truly worth a thousand words! The wonderful view provides a glimpse of what you can look forward to on your next vacation or weekend getaway! Located in beautiful Grand Haven, Michigan, this condo suite is the top floor corner unit with spectacular views of the Grand River Channel, Lake Michigan, and the Grand Haven lighthouse. The boardwalk is located directly in front with access to shops, restaurants, pier and the beach. This location is in the center of activity and fun! The condo was built in late 2005 and is privately owned and fully furnished. Because it is a corner unit, the rooms are filled with light and fantastic views from every window! There is a master suite with a queen size bed, private deck and TV, master bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom bunk, and a second bath with ceramic tile shower. The unit can comfortably sleep 6 guests.

This location is perfect for couples or families! Swimming, boating, biking, walking, shopping, beaching, golfing, art fairs, great restaurants – just to name a few of the activities the area has to offer. The world famous Musical Fountain is right across the street and plays every night during the summer months. A highlight every summer is the annual Coast Guard Festival ~ a week filled with fun and ending with a spectacular firework display!

The main living area includes the kitchen with a large granite island and separate eating area, family room with leather sleeper couch and plasma TV, and 2 more decks with amazing views of all the activities along the waterfront. Amenities include central air conditioning, 3 separate decks with fabulous views, completely furnished kitchen with granite counter tops, plasma TV with cable, DVD, VHS, washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and indoor parking. All linens and towels are provided for our guests. An elevator provides convenient access to the third floor. An ice machine is available on the first floor.
