This amazing, fully renovated and equipped apartment meets your every need to have an unforgettable vacation.

It is located on the 19th floor with amazing views of the beautiful Luquillo Beach and the tropical mountain El Yunque Rain Forest. This modern apartment is a one bedroom and one bath, perfect for a couple celebrating anniversary, honeymoon or whatever excuse you may need to get away and escape to paradise!

Once you enter the property, you will find a sophisticated and comfortable living/dining room area with Flat screen TV, sofa bed and dining table overlooking the amazing ocean views. Among the amenities included there is cable TV and WIFI throughout the apartment. The balcony overlooks the recreational facilities and the Atlantic Ocean. The bathroom is completely remodeled and includes water heater for a nice warm shower. The comfortable master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a quiet split unit air-conditioner for a great night sleep. The Kitchen has granite counter tops with a fully equipped glass stove top, microwave, espresso coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is a washer/dryer combo as well.

The apartment is conveniently located near the main road with quick access to grocery stores, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, and beaches.

The condominium complex is a gated community with security guards. It includes recreational facilities such as; swimming pool, children’s swimming pool, tennis, handball, and basketball courts, playground, direct access to beach and much more.

A couple of minutes away in Fajardo you will find nonstop activities to do as well. Explore the historical background of Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve and learn about the different ecological systems that inhabit the area. You will walk along the mangrove boardwalk that borders Laguna Grande and visit Playa Lirios, where you will witness the dynamic rocky coast and the promontories that give the Reserve its name. Finally, you will visit the famous Faro de Fajardo, where you will learn about the Lighthouse’s history and enjoy the different exhibits, and maybe even catch a clear glimpse of the islands and keys that extend off the coast of Fajardo, such as Vieques, Culebra, Saint Thomas and Tortola.

My wife, myself, and our 22 month old just got back from a great week in Puerto Rico. We could not have asked for a better location to stay at. A fantastic view, comfortable unit, everything we needed for our son including toys, beach chairs, etc. Eleni was a great host and was available whenever we needed her. She offered up great advice whenever needed!

You can not go wrong with this unit and we would highly recomend staying in this location.

Beautiful apartment with break taking views of the ocean. Loved, loved, loved this apartment. Beautiful tiled walk-in shower, kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Eleni very friendly. Would highly recommend this unit to everyone. Loved the location and walked everywhere. Great places for dinner. Enjoyed the Aromas Cafe every morning for coffee. Could have sat on that balcony all day to enjoy the view and sound of the ocean. Will definitely be going back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

I just returned from vacation and staying here was gorgeous!!! Eleni is over the top nice, always offering anything that could of made the stay more enjoyable...thing is, it was already perfect! Very clean, comfortable, with great views. I've already given this property details to my friends. Location is easy to find from San Juan, with plenty of activities in the area. Definitely recommend Eleni's place!!!!

This apartment is amazing. The unit is fully furnished with high end taste and all the amenities you could ever need. The views from the 19th floor are spectacular and pictures cannot do them justice. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, beach vacation.
