Area Attractions...
Take a ferry to Fort Sumter where the first shots of the Civil War were fired. Visit the Yorktown, a historic aircraft carrier located at Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant. Take a walk downtown and take pictures of Rainbow Row and other historic antebellum homes and gardens. Take a carriage tour of the city then meander down Market Street for a sweetgrass basket woven by an authentic Gullah woman or some local art work. The Charleston area is also home to numerous shows, festivals and sporting events including: The Spoleto Festival, The Food and Wine Festival, The Cooper River Bridge Run and The Family Circle Cup.
Golf, Tennis and Pool...
The home is situated on the 9th fairway of Snee Farm Golf Course, the only private club in Mt Pleasant. Snee Farm golf Club also has tennis and and three pools including an Olympic sized pool with diving board. Magnolia House is equipped with golf clubs, tennis rackets, etc.
Beaches...
Magnolia House is 5 miles from Isle of Palms, a long, sunny stretch of beach boasting restaurants, shops and activities. Our water is warm and there is often great surf. There are surfboards and boogie boards at your disposal or book a lesson with one of the many kite-surfing instructors in the area.
Fishing...
Bass fishermen will be delighted with the many freshwater ponds the Snee Farm neighborhood has to offer. For the offshore and inshore anglers, book a fishing charter at Patriots Point and grill your catch on the four burner outdoor grill.

Charleston is considered a foodie's paradise and is home to some of the best restaurants and bars in the country. We have prepared full list of our favorite restaurants and dishes based on 15 years of experience!! Want to dine in?? Eat al fresco on the expansive deck with gazebo, pergola and two dining tables. The workable kitchen is fully stocked and great for entertaining.

Magnoila House is packed with games!! Shoot a game of pool on the regulation sized Brunswick pool table.
Enjoy board games, cards or Nintendo Wii. For the gamblers, the home is also equipped with a blackjack table, craps table, roulette wheel and a full set of poker chips and table.
Children...
Kids can play on the swingset, playhouse, soccer goal or Wii game system. There are three pools at the club and a putting green for aspiring golfers. Downtown Charleston has a children's museum, aquarium and IMAX Theater. Magnolia House has a babyproofing kit for parents of younger children that includes baby gates, electrical outlet covers and toilet lid latches.
The House...
Magnolia House has a large master suite with flat screen plasma TV, pillow top mattress, black out shades and lots of closet space. The bathroom has double sinks, shower and bathtub. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress, the third has a twin and the fourth has two twin beds. There is a full bath with shower and bathtub on the second floor. All bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with a queen sized bed with pillow top mattress and another full bath. There are also 2 sofas in the living rooms for guests to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a gourmet chef would need. The sunny breakfast nook seats 4 while the kitchen bar seat 2 more. The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 additional dining table outside on the deck. The main living room has a wood burning fire place and plenty of fire wood for the colder months. The sun room has a flat screen plasma TV with digital cable and WiFi. The billiard room has a Brunswick pool table in mint condition as well as board games and casino games.
