Flamingo Beach is a quaint community of hotels, condos and luxury homes, including a marina. There are various restaurants, bars, shops, Internet cafe, banking services, convenient stores, real estate agencies, etc. It is mainly a vacation spot. The beach itself is approximately 1 mile in length. There is development only on both ends of the beach while most of the beach is protected from development. This helps create a very visually unspoiled and clean white sandy beach. The house is positioned at one end of the beach. At the other end is a bar called 'Amberes', which is Flamingo's most popular night spot - a French restaurant, sports bar, casino, live music complex. Most of the shops are also on this end of the beach. If you are seeking even more night life, be sure to visit Tamarindo Beach which is only about 20 minutes away by car. This beach community has many great restaurants and more shops. There are also a couple of fun bars that are always happening.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $690 - 6,900 / Week
  • * Weekly rate always includes 7 nights. You pay 6 nights and get one free.
    * Minimum stay is 3 nights.
    * Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount.
    * The remaining 50% shall be paid one week before checking-in.
    * Cancellations made with at least 45 days prior to the reserved date will receive the full deposit back. If it occurs with less than 45 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
    * An additional $500 damage deposit is necessary upon check-in and will be fully refunded back with no more than week after your stay if no major damage liable to the renter occurs.
    * If you only rent an apartment and not the main house, the deposit amount is $250.
  • Note: This property will be rented to Only one party at a time.
