A full wet bar with refrigerator is adjacent to the TV area. The other seating area adjoins the patio and is perfect for conversation. Large glass sliders make the great room and patio seem as if they're one room.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a new pillow top mattress nicer than any luxury hotel. It also has its own large bathroom with over-sized shower and tub, two sinks and linen closet. The master closet is a walk-in with plenty of room for two wardrobes.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a new luxury mattress for guests and family. A full bathroom is connected to this room. The kitchen is very spacious with a large dining area with room for six. Windows surround the kitchen table.
It is equipped with all appliances, including a full-size microwave and dish washer. The refrigerator has a built in ice maker. Next to the kitchen is a den which is the perfect quiet spot for doing paperwork, reading a book or doing computer tasks. Off of this hallway is the half bath and a fully equipped laundry room.
The two car garage has storage cabinets for running shoes, roller blades, golf equipment etc. The condominium is situated just a short walk from the large heated pool and spa, club house with covered area for shade, and restrooms. This pool and club house is strictly for Cypress Hammock residents making it quite private.
