Waterfront living at its finest! Located on the main street of downtown Grand Haven this new executive condominium includes all the amenities of luxury living. There are spectacular views of the channel, lighthouse and Lake Michigan from every window and your own private lanai. Privately owned and fully furnished on the top floor this suite includes a master with queen bed, private lanai and bath. The second bedroom has a futon and bunk and a heated ceramic tile floor bath and shower. Living room includes a pull-out queen bed so the unit can easily sleep six. You will overlook the boardwalk and a short 5 minute walk will find you at the beach or enjoying our specialty restaurants and quaint shops. Your are just a short drive or bike ride from many local sites and activities. Relax in the main living area of the condo surrounded by a gourmet kitchen with granite island, plasma TV and your own lanai overlooking the hustle and bustle of our lakeshore community.

  • Rentals are daily, weekly, monthly, & yearly leases available at a special rate. Call or email for information. All reservations require a $300 security deposit within 5 days of initial reservation. The remainder is due A MINIMUM OF 14 days prior to arrival.. If a deposit is not received 5 days after reservation we will consider your reservation cancelled. All reservations are considered sold 14 days prior to arrival. If your travel plans change within 14 days prior to your arrival date, every effort will be made to resell your room. Refunds will be given if the room is resold, less a $25 booking fee. If the room is not resold, you are responsible for the amount of your original expected stay. No cancellations for 4th of July week or Coast Guard week. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, less fees for any damages.

I stayed here for days prior to my wedding and my wedding night. Chris could not have been more accommodating and helpful during this stressful time. Since I had only seen the condo via internet, I was a bit nervous that it would be not be as nice in "person", as in photos. Well, it surpassed my expectation! What a view, and incredibly clean and well equipped!! I would definitely recommend this unit for those that want to park their car and be in the center of downtown, restaurants, water, beach, and beautiful sunsets. Can't wait to come back!!
