The condition of the rental was very clean and comfortable. Great location, right by the clubhouse. Swimming pool and tennis courts are a bonus. Tremendous views. Minor issues with the stove. Broken knobs and outdated. Other than that, nice overall experience.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The bedding (mattresses) needs to be updated. The beds did not have head boards. The cushions on the chairs on the front deck were completely shot and the chairs on the back porch were in terrible shape.
Loved the location of the condo to the Rec Center and indoor pool which was a big bonus for the kids. Beautiful views of the mountains!
Overall a very good stay.

We met several family members at Timber Ridge for a family reunion. Our condo met all of our expectations. We had a reunion here 10 years ago and it was nice to see that the area has been so well maintained over the years. While showing a little wear and tear we found the unit spotless, beds comfortable and view spectacular. We will be back!
