Second Floor 1 Bedroom with Den Newly furnished! The tranquil location of this condo assisted with the view and furnishings of a Model are like no other! The living room offers a Sofa with Queen size sleeper, love seat, and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a cozy night with the wood burning fireplace and 42 inch TV. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, TV and walk in closet. The den is equipped with a desk and lamp and plenty of room to work, or can be used as a second bedroom as it does have a Queen futon sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for up to 6 people. The oversize patio with golf course, desert and mountain view awaits for morning coffee or an evening to enjoy the Desert wildlife and scenario!!!Assigned covered parking is right outside the door with one of the main heated pools, 24 hour exercise room and Community grills within view!

We had a great time in Tucson and liked the fact that the 1 bedroom condo also had a den. Everything was as we needed and we had plenty of time to enjoy all that Tucson has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable, had plenty of amenities:
--Dedicated fast wifi
--Full kitchen with appliances and extras like coffee maker, spice rack, first day's coffee, toaster & blender
--nicely appointed bathroom with soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, plus a blow dryer
--comfy bedroom with lots of extra pillows and blankets (you'd get extra stars if they were natural fiber, though!)
--two TVs (although we didn't watch any so can't comment on them--nice flat screens though)
--private balcony with table and chairs. And this was the high point of the stay because we loved sitting on the balcony as the sun rose to watch the birds and small animals get started with their day. There were plenty of creatures and birds, including quail (which we normally don't see in our home area) and literally hundreds of goldfinches. It was a real treat!

The location of the condo is also wonderful. The view of the foothills is one I wish I could see every day. And the close proximity of grocery stores made it possible to be very flexible with our eating plans.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

This condo, in the Greens at Ventana is located in the northeast part of the city. We are hikers, and appreciated the proximity to Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park. The property was clean and well-maintained.

The Spectrum Real Estate folks could have been more actively involved in our transaction. They did not send me a contract or check-in information without my prompting, but were quick to respond once contacted.

This is the second condo I have stayed at while in Tucson at The Greens and I am VERY Happy. The condo had everything I needed!!!! And the few minor things that I did request were taken care of very promptly!
