I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
This is our 5th year staying at Oceanside. We love the area, and you can't beat the location of Oceanside! This year we stayed in unit 205. It is in serious need of some updating. Carpets are stained and dirty, tiles in the kitchen and hallway are cracked and uneven. Slats to the vertical blinds are missing and broken, and stacked in the corner of the unit. Wallpaper is peeling throughout. Furniture is really hard to sit on due to wear on the cushions. I will say however, there is a fabulous tv in the living room. We have stayed in a few of the other units and 205 does not compare to the amenities in those units. While we will definitely be back to Oceanside next April, we will not be staying in this unit. Thanks for any consideration in this matter.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The only thing I didn't like was that the condo overlooked the pool - very noisy at times. For that reason I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to improve on things. Unfortuantely, this is one of those things that cannot be changed especially on the busiest spring break week of the year. We will be happy to move you to another complex next year with a condo not overlooking the pool. Thanks again.
