I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Our four-week stay at Casablanca 402 was very relaxing. The unit was lovely with its updated guest bathroom and beautiful master bedroom. The views from inside the unit and from the balcony are outstanding! However, on cooler, windy days the balcony is not very useful being on the north corner and not getting sun until mid to late afternoon (Jan./Feb.) The kitchen was very well equipped, but the counter tops definitely need to be replaced along with those in the master bath. There were a couple of mainenance issues, but the owner, who called to welcome us, and Florida Lifestyle took care of them very efficiently and treated us well. Overall, a very lovely condo and positive experience.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We were very happy until Wednesday of our stay. On that day beach restoration took over our entire beach access. We had equipment and a portable toilet for a beach view. So two out of our 7 days at the beach were a loss. But the noise from the heavy equipment was so great that it interrupted sleep. We should have been informed of this before paying for the unit.

Manager responded on 10/27/2012:
The Beach (re)nourishment project schedule is at the mercey of the weather.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Views were excellent, location couldn't be beat, only 10 units in building - nice size.
Back bedroom window and matresses need replacing. Carpets could use a cleaning. Not as updated/nice as the two other locations we've stayed at through Florida Lifestyle & Martha
