My wife, daughter, grand-daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the gulf! can't get any closer to the beach than that. Our 5th floor unit was very nice and quiet and the balcony was just about right over the sand! Had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. The pool was very nice and warm!(really appreciated that because of the cool weather) Peaceful at night w/ just the sound of the waves! Two suggestions for improvement. Needs an entry way light,can't see the lock at night, and it would be nice to have a small light on the balcony. Also more beach toys for little kids!

This could have been a superb condo.The view was amazing. We felt the condo could have used a deep cleaning of floors, bathroom etc. Appliances were very clean. Many lightbulbs burned out. Nice furniture. Person who cleans in between rentals did a great job. Needs some TLC. We missed having grills. Property very nice. Owner should invest in overall professional to do it justice. Too many artificial plants to collect dust. Handy to everything. Kitchen could use replacement utensils and pots/pans/griddle/hot pads etc. Only one dish towel for 7 days?

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. We planned on spending a long weekend but stayed over two weeks. Lots of things to do near by and many great restaurants. Looking forward to visiting again.

All was good w/ the exception of very marginal bedding, very weak shower pressure, and a wine bottle opener that was broken/didn't work.
