One Ocean Place is located at 1990 North Waccamaw Drive 1.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. Condo # 705 is on the 7th floor and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The bed sizes in this property are 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa. It is an oceanfront condo with a private oceanfront balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 3-color TV’s, Wi-Fi and central heat and air conditioning. Dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer are included. Check out maid service and linen come standard with this property. Other amenities include 2 oceanfront pools, sundeck, jacuzzi, covered parking with clearance ranging from 6'-7. 3’, and interior elevator system. Guest must pay a refundable CASH deposit of $65 for a parking/pool gate pass at check-in. Limit two. NO PETS. NO TRAILERS. Maximum Occupancy is 8.

We have stayed at One Ocean Place many times. Be sure you get a good unit! We found out there is a wide variation in quality.
