Overall the condo was nice, needs updating but was very clean. The mattress in master bedroom was uncomfortable and needs to be changed but everything else was fine.

We really enjoyed staying at the one bedroom condo at Surfmaster. Excellent layout was spacious and provided extra privacy with a door that separated the bedroom and master bath from rest of condo. Our only complaint was the bed could have been more comfortable.

This year we we assigned 909 which is in bad need of various upgrades. 204 which we were moved to was very nice.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit needs some cosmetic updating (painting, new carpet, etc.), certainly when compared with pictures of other units charging the same amount of rent. The wide screen TV was a definite plus, however.
