Oceanfront Tuscan villa on the sand at Hollywood Beach overlooking the Pacific and Channel Islands from all floors. Completed in 2007. 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8 ppl

This oceanfront beach home has state-of-the-art media center in the great room, massive stone fireplace, walnut bookcases, heavy beamed ceilings, antique ceiling fans, mood lighting, motorized window coverings. Great room next to gourmet kitchen w/professional stainless appliances, granite counters, French lacquer cabinets, dining table in its own alcove, plus a queen bedroom, full guest bathroom complete this level. Top floor is loft w/ trundle bed and desk area and the master suite w/fireplace, marble and stone master bath w/two person spa/tub, his and hers sinks, and marble slab shower. All this looks out onto massive deck with 180 degree view of the coast. Lower level is a two bedroom guest suite including queen and two twins plus a den w/ fireplace, queen sleep sofa, full marble wet bar, beer tapper, small refrigerator, w/its own private patio on the beach with nearby gas fired barbeque. All interior floors are hand-distressed Brazilian kempas or tumbled Travertine. Polished limestone staircase w/ Brass-topped hand formed wrought iron rails. 3 story elevator from the 1 car garage to the kitchen and master bedroom..*Security deposit is $1500 for weekly reservations, anything over 30 days; deposit is higher. Rent price does not include bed tax of 8%, $350 cleaning fee & reservation fee of $45. All rentals include linens and towels. Home is a fully furnished vacation rental. This home does not rent nightly*

We brought our 2 teenage girls up with another family and had the best time of our life. The water, weather and house is stunning. SO much to do. Or you can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! It's the best of all worlds. With kids and friends and family running around, in and out of the house, and cooking going on, it was amazing how easy it was to keep the house tidy. Beautiful Decor. Fantastic, well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous ocean/beach views in all rooms. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy. Highly recommend.AAAA+++

If you are used to staying at 5 star hotels...but want a beach house rental...then this is the place for you. The house is rich with details that make the stay extremely pleasant. The house is fully stocked with all the basics and all the luxuries needed. There is an attention to detail that differentiates this rental from previous places we have stayed. The differentiators include meticulous but comfortable house decor, comfortable beds, internet that works(!), first-class kitchen accessories, and amenities too numerous to mention. Although the beach is public, it is very quiet and private because there is no (or limited) public parking.

Our teenagers enjoyed boogie boarding in the ocean and on the sand dunes, playing beach volleyball, challenging each other in bocce ball, flying a kite, and playing board games/cards at night (all items provided at the house). My husband and I enjoyed walking along the beach...and we also took several leisurely walks to Mandalay Bay. (Also, they have several bikes that can be used too.)

We enjoyed using the bbq at the house...but there are many restaurants to walk/drive closeby. We loved that there were sleeping quarters on all three floors as it gave everyone their own living space and privacy. We also enjoyed our own happy hour...on the terrace...soaking up the view. The management company was extremely easy to work with, very personable and communicative throughout the entire process - making it very easy for us. Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend.
