Well worth your consideration as a vacation rental!

My wife and I, and a friend vacationed for a week at this property. We found the property to be exactly as pictured and described; very new, very clean and obviously well maintained. Bed and bath linen were in place upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the laundry convenient. This South Myrle Beach location was very convenient for mall, outlet and grocery (Food Lion) shopping. Villa Romana is worth trying for Italian dining.
Within 2 blocks from Rt.17, we were within an easy drive to Charleston, Pawley's Island, and Murrell's Inlet (consider Drunkin Jack's for seafood). The nearby Market Common (a redevelopment of the former Air Force base) contains new high end shopping and dining, and is worth exploring. Through traffic on Rt. 17, North Myrtle Beach is about 1/2 hour away.
The three minute walk to the beach with easy access through the William Bartram Park, was a real plus.
Finally, I would note that we found the property's owners to be very responsive throughout the rental process, and genuinely concerned that their guests enjoy their stay.
