Newly remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, overlooking Sarasota Bay and the intercoastal waterway. On the southern end of Longboat Key, this condo is convenient to everything. Across the street from the Longboat Key Club, golf and the beach. Minutes from famous St. Armand's Circle with great shopping and an array of restaurants. Just over the bridge is downtown Sarasota's theater district and nightlife.

Sarasota is known for its culture, featuring a variety of art festivals, Sarasota film festival, Sarasota international wine festival, the opera, the orchestra, live theater and many museums. The white powder sand beaches are world famous.

This waterfront complex comes complete with swimming pool, exercise room, billards room, fishing dock and boat slips (available for an extra charge). Longboat Key offers a trolley service to many Sarasota attractions. There is a bike path that runs the length of the island, over the bridges and onto the mainland.

The condo comes fully equipped, including a washer and dryer. 1 queen bed, 2 full/double beds and a daybed with a trundle, comfortably sleeping 6-8. Perfect for the snowbird, with plenty of room for visiting family.

Our extended family has been vacationing on Longboat Key for almost 30 years. It has everything you could dream for a wonderful stay whether you want to just relax or take in all the many things it has to offer.

A Winter Escape From Reality

The owners of this property were most helpful during the rental process. This dwelling is what is advertised in every way. It was perfect for my wife and it and was beautifully appointed/decorated.

We used the owners guide book on places to visit, dine, explore and added a few of our own to it. The folks we met were some of the nicest we have met during a vacation. It was as if we had known them for years.
We will go back next year.

I was very impressed! The condo was very clean, comfortable and newly decorated. I was happy to find a place on the southern end of the island, because it is so convenient to everything.

I met some wonderful people in Sarasota and look forward to returning. I highly recommend this condo and Bay Harbor to anyone interested in visiting Sarasota.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
