I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We usually stay at Shipwatch Pointe II because a family member owns one of the units but it was occupied so we rented a different unit. It was a great experience. The room was clean and well maintained. The rental company answered all of our questions and were very professional. The location in great and we love the short distance to the beach and the indoor pool in case of rain. We have two boys and they love staying here. It's close to everything but far enough away from all the congestion of the main strip. Love it!

The vacation rental was very clean.

Reviewer Comments:
The only thing I was concerned about was the dishes (minimal) that were provided. Some looked in bad shape and I was leary to use them. More cooking/baking dishes would be great. We made it work by using foil on bakeware we were not sure about.

We stayed at Shipwatch Pointe II in June 2012. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pools and grounds were in excellent condition. The furnishings and carpeting was a little worn and outdated but the condo was clean and functional. The patio table was in really bad condition and the sliding door in the living room needs a new handle and lock but the one in the bedroom worked fine so there were no real issues.

I believe I already commented as I rent 2 condos each year for 4 people total ... I commented on the N102 Unit .. regardless, all was fine except I understood I would have daily maid service ... this did not happen and even going to the office twice the person sent still did not empty any of the waste baskets ... I was creditied a small amounr but without daily service ... like a hotel .. we'll be looking elsewhere ... Regards, G. Wicks Toronto

Outdated furnishings,stained carpet, dirty silverware in drawer, blankets with holes, dusty furniture & baseboards. Pools, building and exterior were in excellent shape.
