I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Started out rough. Room was not dusted or mopped well and the sheets I received were not the right size. But after calling the cleaning crew was sent back and new sheets were delivered. The room was small but efficient. The tv is way too small. I would recommend a wall mount larger tv. The current one was smaller than my home computer screen.

Reviewer Comments:
The Royale Palms is a very nice place. The room is like an hotel room except for the refrigerator and microwave (no stove). There were unfortunately just 2 chairs on the balcony and a very small little table that was a challenge for the breakfast for the 4 of us. The floor was not clean when we walked in and I had to wipe it.
Overall for the price and the place was a nice stay.
