This condo has been updated with flat screen TV's in all rooms, surround sound and blue ray DVD players. Direct oceanfront condo that has many updates. Conveniently located along Shore Drive, A Place At The Beach III offers very affordable two bedroom/ two bath condos, which comfortably accommodate up to six people. Each beautifully landscaped, three-story phase has an outdoor swimming pool plus an outdoor charcoal area and coin-operated washer/dryer facilities in the building. These condos are Oceanside with beautiful views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Families and friends come to APATB III year after year to share a great vacation. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
I found my unit to be cozy and in good condition. My only complaint was with the rental agent/company. When I booked during the last week I was given a discount because I was due to arrive within 5 days. I check in and I have a letter extending a 20% discount on my next stay with Myrtle Beach Vacations (because of our bad experience with a previous rental unit). Upon presenting the letter They told me they could not offer that discount to me. I pointed out the "next stay" line. They did not care. They refused to honor their own letter and the manager refused to return phone calls. Instead, he chose to send me an email that I did not receive until after I was home. I should have gotten my 20% off because my letter did not say "not available with other discounts".

Thank you for your review. For future guests, these guests did receive 20% off the rental rate. We offered them another 20% off their next stay. We fullfilled our obligation but found it hard to communicate with this guests. We will always try to do the right thing. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful! From the booking of the condo to departure. The condo was right on the beach and even when things were crazy with the kids at the beach, all we had to do was walk up to the condo and take a lunch break and when we return to our spot....all of our belongings that were left there...were still there. The people all around were friendly and the grovery store was near by as well as the convienace store. One of our familys highlights was crab fishing! Within walking distance of the condo was a stream of ocean water where we were able to see crabs and different types of fish! I loved it and will plan our next visit there!
