My stay with Myrtle Beach Vacations

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
I found my unit to be cozy and in good condition. My only complaint was with the rental agent/company. When I booked during the last week I was given a discount because I was due to arrive within 5 days. I check in and I have a letter extending a 20% discount on my next stay with Myrtle Beach Vacations (because of our bad experience with a previous rental unit). Upon presenting the letter They told me they could not offer that discount to me. I pointed out the "next stay" line. They did not care. They refused to honor their own letter and the manager refused to return phone calls. Instead, he chose to send me an email that I did not receive until after I was home. I should have gotten my 20% off because my letter did not say "not available with other discounts".

Thank you for your review. For future guests, these guests did receive 20% off the rental rate. We offered them another 20% off their next stay. We fullfilled our obligation but found it hard to communicate with this guests. We will always try to do the right thing. Thank you.
