A MUST SEE! This beautiful house is wonderful for entertaining! This private and spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house is located in the Shore Drive area, just a short distance to the beach.

Featured: The Marsh Mellow House overlooks the marsh and Dunes Golf Course and feels very private. Egrets and Herons are usually busy in the marsh fishing; the view is incredible and very peaceful. The main level a portion of the deck is covered. Upstairs, off the master bedroom is a screened porch with seating for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans; if you decide to cook and is open to the great room with fireplace. Marsh Mellow House is wonderful gathering spot for friends and family alike. This house is beautiful and a must see!A short distance to the beach and located near outlets, grocery stores, restaurants, Wal-Mart, Barefoot Landing and so much more.4 night minimum required. Its a nice place to stay but a little far from the beach about a 10 minute walk. and also there is no grill. we needed a grill and had to go buy one so that we could do some grilling.

We were so impressed with this property.

Hidden at the end of a cul de sac and sitting on the marsh, we were blessed with a great view of the natural habitat of the marshlands along with the golf course on the other side.

I highly recommend this house with only one drawback. There are a lot of stairs to climb.

We all had a great time here.

Our family was thoroughly impressed by the marsh mellow home. It was equipped with everything that we needed including a toddler bed. All we had to bring were our linens, towels, and toiletries. We had a blast and would definitely select this home to visit again and highly recommend to all!
