You are steps away from the river, a park with an AWESOME groomed sledding hill, great restaurants, shopping, night life and convenience stores!

This is a beautiful and spacious town home right in the heart of down town Winter Park. Will sleep 10, and the 2 master suite layout will easily accommodate 2 or even 3 families!!!! 3 bed 3 bath unit with private garage, hot tub, washer and dryer, cable, gaming system, Ipod docking station, gas fire place, boot dryer, crock pot and WIFI internet connectivity. Three levels of space offer privacy for multi-family stays. Two decks offer views and a chance to get some sun!!! All the comforts of home but while you are relaxing on your vacation!

This luxury townhome was beautifully and professionally redecorated and furnished in Dec of 2011. Lots of new furniture, paintings and decorative touches set the mood for a perfectly relaxing experience.

The 3rd bedroom downstairs was unusable due to cramp sleeping arrangement and excessive noise from hot tub and water heater. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I've sat on.
On the upside, the kitchen was very well set up, and the 2 upstair bedrooms were comfortable.

We needed a place for my two children, my husband and mother to stay for a wedding at Snow Mountain Ranch. The management company was fantastic...very quick to respond and easy to work with. The condo was beautiful and very conveniently located with a park for the kids just across the road and shopping/restaurants within walking distance. The place was very clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time!

The condo is in a great location, only a short walk to the shuttle stop to Winter Park Resort. It was clean and comfortable for my group of 7 adults. If we had more people, it would have been cramped. The rental has good amenities such as the hot tub, boot dryer, ski/board rack in the garage, and plenty of linens. It has tasteful furnishings that make it feel homey. As an added bonus, the place had some board games and a PS2 (classic version and video games) to keep us entertained in the evenings. We also had a discount in renting ski equipment. The management was quick to respond when we were lacking some items in the unit. I recommend this condo for future renters, with some advice:

-We stayed in February 2013, and ice/snow build up in the driveway was a problem. The HOA plowed the neighborhood frequently and according to management was supposed to take care of the driveway as well.

-The queen beds have down pillowtops, so if you are sensitive to down, ask to have these removed.

-The place is described to sleep 10, but that means putting two people on the sofa bed. The homeowner is working on making the sofa bed more comfortable for sleeping.

We had a great time! The condo is comfortable, clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Easy walk to sledding hill and shuttle. Only complaint would be the kids bunks do not have much head room. Lots of tears over bumped heads when they sat up! They learned quickly that sitting up is not an option! Can't wait to visit again!
