A comfortably furnished ground floor unit, the Pacific Ocean is just steps from your patio door. The many dune trails lead you through the tall dune grass to adventure and fun on the beach.

A fantastic ground floor home, you will find the Pacific Ocean just steps away from your patio door. Many families prize the convenience of staying on the ground floor considering the amount of gear they often carry for the little ones. Enjoy the tranquility of the patio for unobstructed views of the dune grass glowing in the setting sun. The large picture windows let you follow the antics of your children on the lush grass just outside. The beach trail is just a few steps from the backdoor and leads you through the dune grass to overlook the majestic Pacific. Following a dip in the ocean, warm up with a soak in the large jetted tub. The kitchen overlooks the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends and family. Even in mid-winter you can bundle up and dash out for a quick taste of the wind and waves without freezing. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for families.

In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Sports equipment is available for checkout at our Front Desk. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

Can't speak highly enough about the property and the booking process. Beautiful condo right on a beautiful beach. The only point I would make is that we were disappointed overall with the local restaurants, but the cooking facilities in the unit were just excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Really a fantastic vacation, and I would highly recommend it. About the only issue (not the unit owner's fault) was that there's a horn that would sound every few minutes all night, although I got used to it after a while.

Awesome visit, weather varied from sunny and warm to overcast and cool during my 3-day weekend, but overall very nice for the coast in May. The condo was spotless and roomy. We always stay in Vacation Rentals and it is fairly uncommon to find them this clean, major positive. So close to the ocean, we love listening to the waves! Will be back & definitely recommend!!

Great condos, fun location and we hope to return. This particular unit was advertised as ocean view, but you really had to work to "see" the view because it was ground level. We really appreciated the "pet friendly" status even though the carpet showed that it was pet friendly. Would bring my own bath mat next time and if the sleeper sofa was needed, would bring own bedding. Jackie in the office was very helpful and worked with us when our plans changed last minute. We enjoyed our time and wish our stay could have lasted longer.

We're glad to hear you found the location and condition of the condo great and plan to visit again. This is a ground floor oceanfront condo with great access to the ocean which may have lead to the confusion about the ocean view. We do post pictures of the view and interior for all our condos on our website so guests can see if the place is what they are looking for. Extra sheets for the sleeper sofa can be found in the bedroom closet. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope you can stay longer next time as well.
