One of our best ground floor homes, you will find the Pacific Ocean just steps away from your patio door. Charmingly decorated by its owner, this home is both stylish and inviting with many personal touches. Enjoy the tranquility of the patio for unobstructed views of the dune grass glowing in the setting sun. The beach trail is just a few steps from the backdoor and leads you through the dune grass to overlook the majestic Pacific. Following a dip in the ocean, warm up with a soak in the large jetted tub. The kitchen overlooks the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends and family. Even in mid-winter you can bundle up and dash out for a quick taste of the wind and waves without freezing. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for families.

In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Sports equipment is available for checkout at our Front Desk. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

Westport by the Sea has always been a favorite get away for us. We love the view, the location, the property, with the ameneties. This unit is decorated amazingly---very nice ocean decor. The only downside is that it's not the most comfortable to sit in, but it was ok. The beds were comfortable.

The weather was superb! So hot in fact that the pool was a great break from the heat. There is also now a great espresso place called the Tinderbox up the road with a shady patio.

811 was nice for us this time around because it is ground floor. I just had foot surgery so it was nice to walk straight in with no stairs or long halls. Also my cocker is 15 and he appreciated that too.

The only bad thing was that we had to leave on Sunday!

Thanks for staying with us and if the only complaint is you had to leave, we can live with that! See you next time and thanks for mentioning Tinderbox, it is a great coffee place to sit and enjoy the scenery going by.

Unit was very nice, but significantly over priced.
Afternoon sun was very hot and unit had no A/C.

I'm sorry you were hot, most of our guests LOVE the afternoon sunshine, and the ocean breezes make having an A/C very unnecessary for 99.9% of the time here on the Coast. Our luxury oceanfront vacation rentals are not for everyone, and perhaps next time we could recommend a local motel that is more suitable for your budget. Thanks for staying with us.
