How can you decide between relaxing on the dock gazing out at the lake, sitting in the hot tub watching the most incredible star show imaginable, or challenging your children to a game of pool or darts in the game room? Perhaps a movie on a 52' screen television or an evening in front of an immense stone fireplace in the great room would make your day? This place is much more than a slice of the Berkshires (and that is saying a lot) it is a little slice of heaven! This home is our dreams come true and available to only a select few.

There is plenty to do!:
Outside the house you will find a trout stocked 12 acre pond, 2,000 square feet of deck, dock, hammocks, gas grill, canoe, beach, perennial garden, hot tub, lounge chairs, picnic tables, horse shoe pits, outdoor campfire pit, walking or snowshoe trails.
Enjoy the Berkshire cultural offerings including Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Clark Institute, Hancock Shaker Village, Mass MoCa, Mt. Greylock State Park, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, Cherry Plains State Park.
Stephentown NY. 45 minutes from Albany Airport, 1 3/4 hours from Hartford CT., 2 3/4 hours from Boston, and 3 hours from New York City.

We never intended to become second home owners - and surely not someone who rents out their home. We just could not resist this place when we found it for sale. Unfortunately, our children were not willing to give up their college educations to fund the improvements required! Selfish of them don't you think? So, for a little while, this place will be available. Enjoy!
