This wonderful flat ( 165 sqm) close to English Garden is on 3 rd floor of an old but wonderful renewed townhouse - built around 1900- without lift. A garage you can find in the cellar of the house Important in this area ! All rooms have high ceilings and they are sparsely but tastefully furnished, modern with special flair. You will find a living room, dining room, studio/office, bathroom, extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, etc. and has a small balcony. The two bedrooms and the extra guest room/dressing room with bed are looking out to a quiet garden side. The flat is perfect for 4-5 people. It is the second home of a couple. He is an artist, she a consulter. Smoking not allowed inside - only on balcony. Underground station is two minutes away. Non-smoking flat.

The apartment is in a very central location with spacious rooms and lots of sleeping accommodation. The living areas are very inviting and the kitchen contains all modern conveniences including gas and electric stoves. There was only a one minte walk to the rail station and a comfortable walk to the centre of town. Shops, banks, department stores, supermarkets and boutiques were within easy walking distance of the apartment. It is a lovely place to stay and we wouln hesitate to book it again when next in Munich. The decor was beautiful.

We spent a splendid nine days in this lovely apartment and it made for a very enjoyable holiday in Munich. A good holiday is made up of many elements but one key element is the accommodation. The apartment was clean, tidy, comfortable and ideally located within 2 minutes walk from the subway and numerous restaurants etc. We highly recommend it.

Our family stayed here for 1 week and had a great time. The Schwabing district of Munich location is fantastic. L'Ostria restaurant on Leopoldstrasse (past the giant statue) has great italian food and good young crowd, good value. Metro access is very good, the next stop north even has a great grocery store accessible from the station. Flat was very comfortable, good value. Third bedroom sleeping is on a loft, a little precarious so we moved our 11 year old into the master with us, using the mattress from the loft.

We really appreciated Maria's helpful advice on restaurants, shopping and getting around. She checked in with us routinely just to make sure we were happy, very nice!

Very clean bath and kitchen. The three flights of stairs was not a big deal, even after a day of touring we handled it fine. Internet access also quite helpful. Tiny TV, not many stations but we didn't come all the way from Southern California to watch TV.

Two large tables (dining and living room) were great for eating and holding our backpacks and cameras as we crashed into the flat after a long day. All in all, a great base from which to explore Bavaria and Munich, highly recommended!

Delightful flat in a charming area of Munich. Very safe neighborhood. Close to transportation. Comfortable beds. All needs provided for. Owner easy to work with and accessible for any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice property- clean and nonsmoking with alot of charm. The neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood was a very good location for children (parks, market, shopping). We enjoyed our stay and would rent this apartment again.
