Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Your home away from home! You will feel the comfort with all the amenities in this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. First floor walkout to ocean and private beach. Enjoy grilling on your beachside patio. Along with the feeling of complete serenity. Only a short walk to oceanfront dining, bars and live entertainment. Or you can take a stroll to the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop as well as the Cocoa Beach Pier for fishing, cocktails, dining, shopping and much more!

You will be 5 miles south of Port Canaveral for dining, shopping, cocktails, dancing and live entertainment. Watch the beautiful sunsets as the enormous cruise ships ride past along with the fishing boats coming in from a day of fishing with their catch of the day! The port also offers deep sea fishing excursions, boat rentals and free casino day cruise trips. Or you can depart from the port on one of several cruise companies.

Orlando International Airport is a short 45 minute drive, with shuttle services available. You are only one hour away from the many attractions and theme parks that Orlando has to offer, such as, Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios/Resort, Wet and Wild Water Park to mention a few.

This condo is in a 4 unit complex with a private beach but NO pool. The high speed wireless interenet is included in the rental.
