Unit 210 was nice,has a great layout, but needs a little updating and repair. We would maybe stay again, or refer to a friend, with new information. Disappointed with a dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen, and a musty smell when we got there. A little cleaning and some febreeze, things got better. Sanibel Accommodations was very professional and apologetic. The location is good for access to the island activities, and to avoid traffic. From here, you are quickly on the beach and good shelling. Island Beach Club could use their grounds better with some grilling areas and other features in the exterior lawn areas. This might help them be more competitive with other properties.

Review of condo no. 210B Island Beach Club week of 3/2/13

The rental really should be professionally cleaned. The bathroom, especially, had dirt around the baseboard and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. Our bedspread had blood (or something that looked like that) on it. So, I pulled it off the bed. The tv in the master bedroom did not work while we were there. There was a note that a repairman would come and fix it. He came, but it wasn't fixed. I reported that, but still not working. The furniture in the living room was very dirty. That should be replaced, or at least professionally cleaned. Probably won't stay in this unit again.

It was an absolutely wonderful week in a spectacular property located right on the beach. The amenties were all that anyone could possibly ask for in a rental property.
