Overall we had a great experience. We were not given a walk through of the property which seemed a bit odd as there were a few things that were broken or not working properly and it's difficult for us to prove that without the walk through with the manager.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We enjoyed our stay, a good value for what we paid. The condition of the house was below espectations. Dirty carpet in the living area,broken ice maker in the refrigerator, a broken dining room chair and broken blinds in one of the bedrooms. The plastic coated mattress pads are annoying. The location was good and the community pools we very nice. We enjoyed staying at pga west and will return to the area but not this particular unit.
