DO NOT STAY HERE
To start off with, they would not let us check in an hour early because “they were still cleaning the property“ but when we drove by early, nobody was there cleaning . When we finally checked in to the house, there was mounds of black garbage bags against the garage. There were multiple plastic shot glasses in the bottom of the pool and broken glass on the porch. The inside of the house was overall nice but needed a lot of painting touchups, you can tell it was a quick flip. The kitchen was missing multiple accessories, no cleaning supplies to wipe down the tables or even kitchen towels,the couch needed to be cleaned as it is white and dirty.
On top of this the septic tank had overflowed and poop was coming out of ALL of the shower drains when we flushed the toilet and we could not use our bathrooms seven hours!! There was 12 people staying in this rental with toddlers so you can see the huge inconvenience!They had to have a septic guy come out and Roto-Rooter to unclog the system. After all of this, the owner has the audacity to ask us if we took two water floaties ,mind you they popped in the pool.Then we were accused of breaking the pickleball net when it was already broken and we never used it but she charged my mom’s insurance! On top of all this Inconvenience of the septic system we never got an apology until I mentioned how they had not even apologized and we barely got any kind of reimbursement back!!! Pretty much a slap in the face ! Horrible customer service!!!
