This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fifth floor condo can not be described fully with words. You have to see it to believe it. Located in the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area minutes from the cruise terminals and Kennedy Space Center. Relax on your private balcony gazing at the stars, watching the sun rise or set, or even just staring at the beautiful blue ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet and a full master bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full guest bathroom. Living room is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for creating your home cooked meals to enjoy on your private balcony. This unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

My husband and I rented this property for the months of Feb. and Mar. 2009, we really enjoyed ourselves and were very happy with the condo. It looks exactly as it is presented in the pictures on this web site. It has a direct and beautiful view of the ocean. It is so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked and the unit was very clean when we arrived. I would have no problem renting this unit again and hope it is available the next time I am spending time in Cape Canaveral. Pat
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
