Buyer Beware! This is no Paradise!

This is no Paradise! By the pictures you would think you have rented a very nice updated and appointed condo in Miami Beach but that is not the case. I rented this unit and the owner did your typical "Bait and Switch" I got a sub par unit that was broken down and less than Paradise. The walls were cracked in places the terrace was cracked and looked unsafe on one side, towel bars were missing, tile cracked in shower, windows did not open in master bedroom, linens were stained and old musty odor prevailed in both bedrooms. Do not trust this owner. The pool looks nice in the pictures displayed but when we arrived the pool was empty and under construction as was the entire Pavilion.

Renter beware

Stayed in this condo and is was alright...guess you get what you pay for...carpets dirty and spotted, oven didn't work, very little kitchen dishes, kitchen cabinet broke, no bowls, in picture it shows hall bathroom with glass shower doors...1 shower door replaced with shower curtain, window in master bedroom ducted tape, bedroom furniture scratched. Beach unbrella broke and beach chair broke., The grounds need work....they seemed to be let go. Plenty of towels nice furniture in living room as seen in picture...beautiful view, go location, nice gym, great security, nice beach, nice lobby, Talked to Yadel when we first got here..dealt with his mom...said if we needed anything to just call..called him 2nd day here to tell him oven didn't work..haven't heard back from him. Plenty of nicer places to stay..would definitely come back to north Miami but wouldn't stay here again or deal with Yadel..the photos sorta reflect the appearance. Property needs work but clean...would recommend Norman's for dining outside...would not recommend this property to family.
