My wife and I rented this property from Jan 1, 2010 through April 30, 2010. The house is very nicely furnished and has a great layout for vacationing with a big master including a nice walk in shower and patio doors from the master to the pool. A new gas grill is in back by the pool which overlooks a gold course. It had been totally refurnished including HD TV's in master and living room and separate DVR's in each room. Everything you would want for bedding, towels, cooking etc. was there and any little things we asked for were approved right away. The caretaker, Dave, was very interested to ensure all our needs were met, the pool was professionally cleaned every week and we had control of the pool temperature. Many places of business and restaurants are close by and the on-site clubhouse/ outside bar and pool is a treat.
High speed internet and a printer were provided as well as cable TV, heating and air conditioning.
We would definitely stay there again next time we visit Florida, maybe even this coming winter.
