One Bedroom with queen sofa bed in den, full bath, full kitchen dining area, screened porch and outdoor BBQ grill.This is a quite area with walking distance to the Village and Waterfront. Nearby golf cart rentals, bike rentals, resturants, coffee shops, shopping, entertainment, Neptune Water Park, Minature Golf, fishing at the Pier and all within walking distance.Enjoy your time on St. Simons with the ease of convenience!

Stay was great but between the porch and the kitchen and living room floor you had to make sure you didn't have a roach crawling towards you. Great location and great place minus bugs.

The upstairs apartment is small (guessing < 400 sq ft). The apartment was clean and in a good location. Nothing fancy, but had everything I needed (stayed with 2 children). Good location and property mgt group was great to deal with.

This was a really cute little hidden apartment in a quiet corner of the island. My husband and I spent a good amount of time chatting in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. The space was a bit smaller than I'd anticipated, but it worked well - comfy, clean and quiet. The kitchen was sparsely stocked, so don't expect to do any gourmet cooking! Within walking distance (5-10 minute lazy walk) to the lighthouse and water (no beaches though), just blocks from some cute restaurants, and a short drive away from the beach and other restaurants and things to do. Check out list is very clear and reasonable (bring out the trash, clean the dishes, etc). I'd stay here again!

1. Screened porch

Negatives:
1. Bed had plastic cover over entire mattress making it very hot to sleep; bottom sheet would not stay tucked, did not fit the bed and ended up off the bed every night.
2. Bathroom sink too low, very uncomfortable bending over all the time.
3. No appropriate toilet paper holder, toilet paper was on the handle of a plunger!
4. Promised there was Wi-Fi on the premise and after calling for password never was able to stay connected during the entire week. Had to go to local coffee shop to connect! Called rental agent several times.
5. Lock on the sliding door was impossible to lock and unlock and a very strange setup. Called rental agent to fix 2 times.
6. Floors in all rooms in bad repair
7. Had to make too many calls for amenities that should have been in place.
