Located one block off Broughton Street (Main Street Savannah), construction of this brand new 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom luxury condo was completed in January, 2013. Located steps from 'City Market' and Paula Deen’s famous 'The Lady & Sons' restaurant, this condo is also within short walking distance of SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) and historic River Street. There is a private garage in the building for your car and an elevator to take you from the garage to the condo. Sleeps up to 8 people and can be connected (through sound proofed doors) with neighboring condos (VRBO #429224, #434067, and #435505)for larger parties (up to 26 people in four adjoining condos on one floor or book both floors for up to 52 people!) The condo has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large open area for entertaining, a dinning table for 8, a very comfortable futon, a leather couch and sleeps six to eight people. The unit offers a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and microwave. There are huge windows for natural light and custom hardwood floors throughout. The condo has a fusball table, an over sized front-load washer / dryer, 60' High Definition Flat Screen Television in the living room, HD Cable, Blu-ray HD DVD player, and high end audio equipment with 5.1 surround sound. The three bedrooms each have a 50' High Definition Flat Screen Television with HD Cable and huge King Beds. The bathrooms feature custom tile showers with rain shower heads and hand held body showers. There is also a huge deck on the roof of the building with amazing views, lounge chairs, outdoor dinning tables, palm trees, and a gas grill!

Whether visiting SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), vacationing in Savannah or on a business trip, this Building is the perfect location from which to base your visit. Catch a sightseeing trolley in City Market (located on the same block), or walk two blocks to River Street for a day of fun-filled shopping. I moved to Savannah in the summer of 2002 to take a position as a Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the scenery, convenience, and nightlife. I got into renovating / building properties in my spare time in the heart of Savannah's Historic District over the past ten years. I have wanted to buy this building for the past five years. It's in the perfect location in the center of the historic district. Finally, we were able to get the financing to purchase and renovate this property in the summer of 2012.

The combination of a parking garage in the building, cement - steel - brick construction, and a huge roof top deck makes this building unlike any other vacation rental in Savannah! This really is the best vacation rental property in all of Savannah.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES

took my family here and my in-laws for a week. my kids loved the foosball table and the flat screen they had in their bedroom. helped save money to be able to cook some meals in the kitchen which was nicer than our kitchen at home. place was clean. we also appreciated the washer and dryer, having 3 kids under the age of 8. parking in the garage was convenient but we were able to walk most places. highly recommend staying here. staff was so nice and helpful. even gave us recommendations of things to do during our trip.

GREAT LOCATION TO EXPLORE SAVANNAH

In Savannah for food, relaxation and the book festival! This condo is the perfect location for all 3 and more! The roof top deck was the perfect spot for a glass of wine/beer and resting point in between food and activities. The location was within 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to see and it was perfect to go to and from to drop off purchases or change clothes (either adding or extracting layers). Rita and staff were very helpful and efficient. The layout was spacious and great for 3 couples. You can have a 4th couple stay on the pullout but it was a bit noisy and less private obviously. The foosball table was fun although the teens in the next condo sounded like they were going to come through the wall with enthusiasm over their game (but they were playing during the day, so not a disruption unless taking a nap). Highly recommend this condo for location and closeness to some of the best food in town!!!!

PERFECT CONDO FOR SMALL GROUP GETAWAY!

I recently stayed at York Street condo for a girl’s weekend. It was the perfect accommodations for our weekend getaway. It’s located right in the heart of downtown Savannah within walking distance to everything (bars, restaurants, shopping and more!). It was so convenient that once we parked our car, we didn’t have to bother with it for the rest of the weekend. Another great perk to the condo was that we were able to have a ‘girl’s night in’ and make dinner in the condo. All bathrooms and the kitchen were well-equipped! I will definitely stay at the York Street condo for any future visits to Savannah!!

WONDERFUL VACATION CONDO!

This condo was great for our family of 3 couples. And we were able to adjoin rooms with another family of 5 who booked the adjacent condo. The adult guys loved the foosball tables. We had private, secure, covered parking. The location was FABULOUS! We walked everywhere - City Market, shopping in the Design District and Broughton Street, tours, restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo and found the management to be most helpful with recommendations. The pictures in the VRBO description are very accurate. Great stay!!
We celebrated a special first wedding anniversary with our daughter and son-in-law at the Olde Pink House. Be sure to make dinner reservations at most restaurants and also with tours. We enjoyed the Architectural Tour and Savannah Bike tour.

We rented all 4 units on 2 nd floor for my daughters wedding. We were a party of 21including 8 kids and we had plenty of room! The condos were very clean very comfortable and the location was great. They were appointed with everything we needed!
